I build bridges.
Between perspectives.
Between strategy and implementation.
Between those at the top and those at the bottom.
Between what is thought and what is said.
As a systemic coach and consultant, I support managers and teams in change processes - with a dramaturgical eye and systemic expertise.
Genau hier beginnt meine Arbeit.
The cinematic perspective in the organizational world
Twenty years in the film industry have taught me one thing: Good stories don't come from perfect screenplays. They come from when people truly connect with each other.
That's precisely what I bring to my consulting work. I see what's happening between the lines. I hear what isn't being said. And I create spaces where both have a place.
What sets me apart from other consultants is that I bring both worlds together: the dramatic approach honed over twenty years in film and the systemic tools I’ve developed in Wiesloch.
My clients are executives, HR and L&D managers in companies that are undergoing change and don't want to lose anyone in the process.
Systemic consulting meets film dramaturgy. Not as a gimmick. As an attitude.

My signature workshops are designed for moments when something is at stake:
a new strategy, a team coming together, a leader who has reached a crossroads.

Strategy Onboarding
The strategy workshop is over. The goals have been set.
And now?
This workshop bridges the gap between decision and action.
Teams don't work on the strategy; they work on their own relationship to it. This includes space for concerns, dissent, and the opportunity to find a genuine, personal "yes ."
For: Leadership teams and teams following strategy or change processes
Duration: 4-8 hours | online or on-site
Result: Genuine commitment.
The new ensemble
When leadership and team clarify their interaction.
Even a beginning has a story. Before we write a new chapter, we need a shared understanding of where we're starting from.
This workshop achieves exactly that:
Identify experiences with leadership, specify expectations, and agree on ground rules.
For: Teams with a new leader or teams that want to renegotiate their collaboration.
Duration: 3-6 hours | online or on-site
Result: Clearly stated expectations. Common ground rules.
Our team, our film
How do we work together?
Teams are like film crews: each person has a role, a perspective, their own view of the shared project. This workshop uses film dramaturgy as a mirror—for roles, dynamics, and what truly holds the team together.
No theoretical lecture. No standard team building.
Rather, it is a process that creates images that last.
For: Teams seeking clarity on roles, collaboration, and shared goals
Duration: 3-6 hours | online or on-site
The result: A shared vision. And a language to express it.

How I work
I am a process designer, not a solution provider.
I don’t offer a standard package. I bring questions, methods and a perspective that can sometimes be uncomfortable.
I work on the surface and beneath it.
Strategies rarely fail because of poor planning. They fail because the emotional context hasn’t been taken into account. I do both.
I bring images that stick with you.
Dramaturgy, metaphors, visual language — not as decoration, but as tools. Because good images enable conversations that words alone cannot open up.
