As a systemic coach and consultant, I work from a solution- and resource-oriented perspective. Consulting is not a sprint, but rather a marathon. With the common goal of consulting in mind, it is important to continually assess how the changes are working and whether we are still on track.

I don't have any ready-made solutions up my sleeve, but rather see myself as a competent process designer.
Together with you, I develop solutions that are precisely tailored and have a lasting effect.
After twenty years in the film industry, I now combine my creative vision with in-depth systemic knowledge and tools. My aim is to build colorful bridges between people's realities. I believe that successful communication is the key to good work.
